Services
ForkScaler provides marketing services to restaurants: Google Business Profile setup and management, menu publishing, listings, review requests and replies, social posts and reporting. Prices are published on the pricing page. One-time packages are paid once. The monthly plan renews each month until cancelled by email before the next billing date. No long-term contract applies unless signed separately.
No guaranteed results
Visibility on Google, in AI assistants and on review platforms depends on decisions made by those platforms. We commit to the work and the reporting agreed in writing, not to a specific ranking, number of reviews or revenue. Figures quoted on this site come from the third-party studies named next to them.
Reviews
We never write, buy or filter reviews, and never offer incentives for reviews. Review requests are sent to all guests in the same way, in line with the FTC rule on consumer reviews and Google's policies.
Technology partners and referral fees
We may recommend third-party software, such as direct-ordering platforms. Some of these companies may pay us a referral fee when a restaurant we introduce becomes their customer. This never changes the price you pay. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners, and we are not affiliated with them beyond the referral relationship. See technology partners.

Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
